Participative Management in Industry is an attempt to probe into a relatively new field which is of crucial importance to political leaders, public servants, trade unionists, industrial workers and labour relations consultants. In Bangladesh, one is yet to see a book which provides a conceptual framework as well as discusses important developments and experience of countries which have experimented with different forms of worker participation in management.
